Has anyone tried nutrisystem?
Hi, I would like to lose 60 80 pounds. I would like to know if anyone has tried nutrisystem with an exercise program. If it doesn't work can anyone point me in a direction with something simliar?

I weight 125 can i eat nutrisystem?
I work out 5 times a week, I'm 5'2 weight 125 130 . I eat very bad But I love running so it evens out. My husband is going to some out of state training for a couple months, and since I'm working full time and going to school full time I thought why not join a program for preprepared food.Is there a better program i should try?and I would be happy to get down to 120ilbs.I also eat out often so i think this would be cheaper... i was looking at the plans and it def sounds cheaperALSO i am a health freak... i now a lot about healthy eatting...my husband goes to the gym 3 times, and i try to go atleast once.
Does nutrisystem really work?
I've gained about 50 lbs this year, I don't exactly know how the heck it happend I want to lose all this weight before new year. I'm planing on doing nutrisystem for about 4 months. I heard that with this program, you can lose an average of 10 lbs withouth excersise However, I plan to include at least an hour of cardio daily. Has anyone tried nutrisystem? Does it really work?

Does the Nutrisystem provide enough nutrients for someone who does a lot of athletic training that requires a lot of energy? More specifically Anaerobic mixed martial arts training 3 4 times a week and then some weight training on the side.

What to feed kids while mommy is on Nutrisystem?
I am thinking about doing a program like Nutrisystem or weight watchers to loose the weight that I've put on since having my 2 yr old son. The only thing that I am worried about is what to feed my son while I am doing this because I can't cook a full family meal for just a tiny guy. I know a woman that did nutrisystem and she lost all of her weight, but while doing it, she was getting her daughter mcdonald's or tv dinners everynight, which in turn made her little girl gain weight. I don't want this to happen to my son. Can any mother's that are on a program like this tell me what you do for your kids dinners and lunches without loosing your diet plan or disrupting your child's?
