Question: How can i lose 35 pounds without taking any diet pills?

I really need to loose weight before Spring Break. That means I have a lot of time. I wanna lose 35 POUNDS...My age is 14 YEARS OLD....My height is 155 CM.....I weight 60 KG or 135 POUNDS (I think) Well, yeah. I need to lose a lot of weight...hahaha Umm, I DO NOT wan to take DIET PILLS. I really have a busy schedual sometimes so yeah I really need a plan.....so can nyone make me one or something Thanks :D |

Hi Jennifer, Try this out! 1. Begin right where you are. Walk for 20-30 minutes a day, 5 days a week for weeks one and two. 2. Remove the following from your diet: Late night sugary snacks and all fast food meals. 3. Add the following to your diet: 12 glasses of water a day and slowly increase your fiber intake to 40+ grams a day. 4. Increase your protein intake. Eat a portion of protein with every single meal. 5. Measure your food portions using the fist method. No portion shall be bigger than your fist. If it is, reduce it. 6. Eat real food. Protein shakes have their place, but whole food is unprocessed and needs your body to perform its digestive and delivery process. 7. Weeks 3-7 doing a minimum of 30-45 minutes walking 5 days a week. 8. Increase your meals to four a day. Spread them evenly over the day. No bingeing. 9. Eat your first meal within 45 minutes after you wake. Be sure to include protein. 10. By week 4 you should be 10-15 pounds lighter, depending on your water and muscle composition, without having to join a gym. 11. Week 5 join a gym. Have a trainer demonstrate some basics. Alternate upper and lower body workouts for 3 weeks. 12. Weeks 9-12 combine upper and lower body workouts into one streamlined workout lasting no longer than 45 minutes. 13. Gym tip: move quickly through your exercises even if you have to lighten the load. This creates a cardio effect. 14. Weeks 8-12 walk for 45-60 minutes 5 days a week. In addition to your gym workouts. 15. When you feel like quitting or eating something you shouldn’t, compare the short-term gain against the long-term pain. This helps you stay in the game. Ok so first, you will have to walk a mile a day..... and watch what u eat... like eat healthy foods for a week, and then if u didnt budge and eat junk, you can have a bit of dessert, like a candy bar or a tiny piece of cake.... and before you go to bed, do maybe 100 crunches? that shall only take like 5 minutes! maybe 10 if your slow, lol |

Ok, firstly your weight seems fine to me but anyway.... Whenever you eat EAT LESS - HAVE SMALLER PORTIONS EXERCISE more the key to losing weight. ok... it winter (well i live in the uk) but try to go on cycle rides and swimming. Or in the mornings turn on the radio and have a little wild dance secretly. Only watch tv/ go on your laptop/ computer for 1 HOUR per day. do not go over. do not go over. GET OUTSIDE. If you have a dog or something take it for walks. or if your mum needs something from the shop, get it. just get out of the house. even shopping is exercise so just walk!!!!!!!!!!!!! hope it goes well....and you lose your 35 pounds (even though you do not need to :-P) |

Cut out all sugars & starches. No sodas, juices, cookies, candy, cakes, etc. As healthy as fruit may be, it's natural sugars do not only not promote fat loss, they actually promote fat storage (fructose is the most lipogenic carb). Make sure half your meals are green non starchy vegs & eat lots of protein & good fats, limit your complex carb portions to no more than your protein portion. |

Have you tried Mind Control Programming? I tried this mind programming to lose weight. This is really good and It works for me.
