SCREW THE EAT RIGHT, EXERCISE COMMENTS I KNOWW THAT. I. DON'T WANT PILLS ARE BAD COMMENTs either. This is for people who have actually taken and or don't mind trying diet pills. So please shed some light on pills like lipofuze? Aniproxen, liposol, etc. Do some of you post answers just for points or whatever? I asked for only responses from anyone that has tried them before and x the eating tips and exercise comments. I do that already! I would rather have an unanswered question that one filled with stuff I DIDN'T ASK FOR and smart a** jokes.

Well... there is no good or safe pill.. Exercise!!!!!! Eat right!!! LOL But ill cheat, if you wanna loose weight, you need a stack... ECA stack = Usually, no more than 25 mg of ephedrine, 200 mg of caffeine and 325 mg of Aspirin is consumed in a single dose. This like any other stack, and diet pill comes with risks, insomnia, heart problems etc..

Pills that dont require prescriptions are usually just placebos. They dont do anything and always say things like use with a healthy diet and excercise regularly. point is that the healthy diet and excerise is what really work and the pill either does nothing or just contains sh!t that damages ur health. maybe not the answer u were after but its the truth!

Why stop there? Aneroxia and Bulemia work great too. Try popping Adderalls until your libidos gone, and while your at it, just stop eating all together. Eat right and excercise. Count calories. Put down the goddamn fork. Pills don't work. Trust me. Its just a way to make cash on something everyone desires: Any easy way to do something challenging.

Caffeine and ephedrine. Take one caffeine pill and 21 mg of ephedrine. I live in Canada where it's illegal to sell ephedrine over 8mgs, but you can buy it at nutrition or health stores...just take 2 and 1/ 2 pills. Research says to take 3 doses, however I find that I don't feel good when I do, so I only take 2 doses. One before lunch and one before working out. It gives you energy to work out and cuts your appetite. I use it all the time on and off and it helps me lose a few pounds (I'm not over weight). I also find that it makes me thirsty and I drink alot of water...I usually try to at least drink 64 oz a day. I'm 5'2, about 110 lbs. (I lift weights and might be heavier than I look) This combo won't "melt fat ", but it will help you eat less and give you energy to work out. No matter what diet pill or supplement you take, you HAVE to watch what you eat and and exercise. Anything that claims you can eat what you want and lose weight is lying or it is really unhealthy. If you pig out and sit on your butt all the time, you will not lose weight. Being thin is hard work and nothing comes easy!

The best diet pill is coffee. Caffeine wrecks your sleep patterns, but it is GRAS (generally recognized as safe) by the FDA, and suppresses appetite. Plus its cheap. Have a cup of coffee 1 hour before your workout. You ARE working out right?
