Are there any diet pills that work fast and are safe?? I lost 30 pounds in 2 months on my own, just eating better and going for walks. But not i'm at a stand still and I still have SO much more to lose. I am just so sick of myself! |

No, none of them. Why the lies they print in their ads is allowed I do not know. Don't be sick of yourself, you have done brilliantly. The plateau, the stand still will pass. What happens is that as your body changes, it starts to get ‘used’ to the new weight and wants to settle there. Your body has given you as many results as possible using the current menu and fitness program you’re on. The reason why your body does this is to avoid starvation. It senses that it’s not getting as much food as it used to and so it tries to hold onto what you’re giving it. Or it’s getting used to the exercises that you’re doing, so it’s not responding in the same way. Your body is leveling out – hence, the term plateau. Change what you’ve already been doing so that your body has to respond. This can include several things: Increase your calorie intake slightly Increase the intensity of your exercise plan Try adding more protein to your diet Fiddle around a bit with your diet and activities and save your money for something more reliable than those bogus weight loss products. |

I tried them a while back and they did nothing for me. Herbalife Shapeworks works for me. It is easy, the shakes are good, you can eat 2 snacks a day and your main meal is not very restrictive. I was never hungry on that plan and I was back in my old clothes 2 months after having my son. Also, I am a big coffee drinker but on that plan I had so much energy, I didn't drink coffee (except occasionally.) If you'd like to try I can give you website info and tips. Good Luck. |
