Are my diet pills causing anxiety?
I'm not a naturally large person, but for cheerleading I need to maintain a BMI of 19.0 20.5. That means I need to weigh 107 116 lbs. I weigh 119 and my BMI is 21.1 So basically I've been taking SlimQick Extreme along with my daily workouts to lose 3 5 lbs. I've been feeling really anxious, sometimes about something specific, but also sometimes about nothing. Do you think the diet pills are causing it? My gf is taking these diet pills which i don't no why because she is not heavy at all. Anyways i decided to take one without her permission and 2 hours later i found my heart racing miles a minute and i was very hyper jumping and running all over the house. I could not calm my self down until i past out after 30 minutes of being nuts. When she takes them she is completely fine why is this?
